how long will it take to receive my purchase?
Thank you for your recent purchase! A print order is processed in 1-3 business days and should be in your hot hands within 1-2 weeks. Each print is carefully packaged so that it arrives at your destination securely. The time to complete a custom painting varies (typically within 3-5) weeks, and you are part of the process! Once the painting is 50-75% completed, I connect with you to ensure we are both speaking the same visual language. Your satisfaction is important to me! Once completed, please allow for 2-3 weeks for delivery. (For more, see "Do you make custom artwork?" below.)
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS TO THE UK?
Currently, I only ship prints to North America. Original paintings ship within Canada. The UK is in my sights, so do you want me to let you know? Sign up to my newsletter for updates such as this.
how much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs are determined based on the destination as well as the dimensions + weight of the artwork. Shipping costs include packaging and handling. Please note that artwork may be subject to duties, taxes, and/or fees according to your country’s regulations. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes. how will large artwork be shipped to me?
All prints are rolled safely in dense cardboard tubes. Original art can be shipped within Canada. Canvas is removed from the wooden framed bars and rolled in a dense cardboard tube. Your local framer can re-stretch the canvas onto wooden bars for you.
Do you create custom artwork?
I do! It's one of my favourite ways to work because you become part of the process! We begin by determining where you want the art to hang (some ideas: living room, office, bedroom, nursery, or entry way). This will determine the size of the canvas. Next, we create a colour palette to compliment the room. Once the painting is half completed, we reconnect to ensure we are both speaking the same visual language. Your satisfaction is important to me! Once the artwork is completed, please allow for 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I like to accommodate for all different sizes of budgets. Generally, the total price (including shipping if necessary) is broken up into 4 equal monthly instalments. I don't charge interest. If you are local (Victoria BC), you don't have to wait until the payment instalments are complete before it's yours to hang on your wall. For artwork that is shipped, the full payment will need to be received before the order is processed.

WHAT KIND OF PAPER ARE YOUR PRINTS PRINTED ON?
Prints are made on 100% poly-cotton fibre and is acid and lignin-free. I print on canvas by request.
how DO I CARE FOR MY PRINT/PAINTING?
I recommend that you frame your print as soon as possible to avoid damage. Keep it away from water and direct sunlight. For shipped canvas art, contact a local framer and have them stretch the canvas onto a wooden frame, soon upon its arrival at your doorstep. The longer you wait to put it on a frame, the higher the risk of any cracks forming in textured paint. Once hung, canvas art can be dusted gently with a feather duster. Do not use cleaning products on any artwork.
